- In a survey of legal fairness, Louisiana ranked 49th.
- The lawsuit system costs Louisianans more than $3.7 billion each year.*
*As measured by Towers Perrin Tillinghast's study of the total cost of the lawsuit system.
One only has to open up the newspaper to see stories of the damage that plaintiffs' trial lawyers are doing to Louisiana.
The plaintiffs' trial lawyers' campaign to hide the truth of who they are from the American public by changing their name is their attempt to continue in their same old ways in Louisiana unhindered.
If they want to be true advocates of justice for Louisianans, they'll end the injustice of frivolous lawsuits.
