Stop Trial Lawyer 'Association for Justice' Name-Hiding and Frivolous Lawsuits in West Virginia.

Ten months after the national Association of Trial Lawyers of America tried to conceal from the public who they really are by changing their name, the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association has followed suit, renaming itself the West Virginia Association for Justice.

The plaintiffs' trial lawyers' campaign to hide the truth of who they are from the American public by changing their name is their attempt to continue in their same old ways in West Virginia unhindered.

If they want to be true advocates of justice for West Virginians, they'll end the injustice of frivolous lawsuits.
